www.drumdanceco.comKempsey Drum Dance Collective is a not-for-profit group, whose passion is to offer women a respectful atmosphere in which to learn, grow and collaborate in performing a diverse range of belly dance and Arabic drumming styles. We are a joyful group of ordinary women, who are of various ages, body types, skills and experience. We aspire to learn from each other, encourage each other, challenge each other and share in our love of Middle Eastern dance and rhythm. The collective aims to provide a nurturing environment where new bellydance ideas can be explored and traditional moves honoured, in a spirit of proud sisterhood. The Kempsey Drum Dance Collective is a joint effort where suggestions are valued and considered and where all women have artistic choices, share in the artistic process and learn the value of their own artistic expression.

Description:
Our branch covers the Kempsey Shire and the Macleay Valley. We fundraise mainly by way of local stalls, Million Paws Walk, Trivia Nights and Raffles. We meet once a month to keep up to date with current issues and events and are always on the lookout for more animal lovers to volunteer and become members to help our cause. Animal Cruelty Complaints for the Kempsey Shire are referred through the branch. Please call Marguerite on (02) 6562 1554.
